Atlanta, ‘the Capitol of the South’ with visions from the days of Gone With the Wind. Several Atlanta churches have joined together to welcome you into our homes. You will live with two American families--first week, December 18-26 with one family and December 26 - January 2 with another family. We offer you warm Southern hospitality as well as the opportunity to participate in daily group tours to visit many of the sites Atlanta has to offer.
Atlanta is a very modern city with an international flavor. You may visit the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center, Stone Mountain (the world's largest monolith), tour an international television station, participate in a mock trial, visit the Carter Presidential Library, the World of Coke, Underground Atlanta, the Georgia State Capitol and may even meet the Governor. You will also view the various sites of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics- the Olympic Village and Stadium.
Most of all we want to get to know you, learn about your country, your interests and generate longtime friendships. We are very excited to welcome you into our homes
